It is not supported when refusing an endorsement or when using Sign\/Review. <span data-teams=\"true\"><\/div><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/?page_id=17257\">Click here to learn how to send a reminder without endorsement\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open\u00a0<strong>Message Centre\u00a0<\/strong>and then open up a result either from the inbox or from within a pool.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Access the Action Pane<\/strong> at the bottom of the result.<\/li>\n<li>Select\u00a0<strong>Endorse.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Click on <strong>Additional Forward Action:<\/strong> &#8211; Send reminder to Message Centre folder:<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-17246\" src=\"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Action-Pane-Endorse-reminder.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"602\" height=\"76\" srcset=\"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Action-Pane-Endorse-reminder.png 602w, https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Action-Pane-Endorse-reminder-300x38.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 602px) 100vw, 602px\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>Input the <strong>recipient&#8217;s name<\/strong> or <strong>specify a pool<\/strong> and click on the <strong>binoculars<\/strong> button. Complete search in the window that opens.<\/li>\n<li>Add in <strong>Comments<\/strong> field of what needs to be reminded of.
