Viewing Care Plan Documentation<\/h1>\n

This guide shows how to view the documentation recorded within a care plan in PowerChart.<\/p>\n

From the Requests\/ Care Plans screen:<\/div>\n
    \n
  1. Select the plan<\/strong> you wish to view in the ‘Plan’ section.<\/li>\n
  2. Click the small arrow<\/strong> button on the left of the outcome\/intervention.<\/li>\n
  3. The documentation will display<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. A triangle<\/strong> icon\u00a0indicates additional information<\/strong>, this will display in the line or hover over to read.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Select the Document in Plan<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n
    2. Click the small +<\/strong> button towards the left\u00a0 of the outcome\/intervention.<\/li>\n
    3. Select a line<\/strong> to read any outcome description or outcome variance details.<\/li>\n
