<\/span>Sharing files and folders<\/span><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The files on your OneDrive are private until you share them. When you share files or folders with edit permissions then the people you share with can add the files or folders to their OneDrive.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

          1. Set expiration date<\/strong> allows you to set a date for the link to expire<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
          2. Once all link settings and permissions are set, click Apply<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

            2. To quickly share with these people you can click on the pencil sign<\/strong> to assign editing rights.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
            3. You can add a message<\/strong> if needed then, click Send<\/strong> – the people you have shared the file\/ folder with will receive an email confirmation<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
