<\/i> Patients are admitted using PM Office, not via CapMgmt<\/div>\n
Display TCI List<\/div>\n
    \n
  1. From within\u00a0PM Office<\/strong>, open the\u00a0Published Waiting Lists<\/strong> group.<\/li>\n
  2. Select the\u00a0Trust TCI List\u00a0<\/strong>waiting list.<\/li>\n
  3. Set the\u00a0Filter Value Type<\/strong> to either\u00a0Individual Values<\/strong> to view a waiting list for patients that have a specific admit date, alternatively\u00a0Range<\/strong> can be used to view the waiting list between set dates.<\/li>\n
  4. To add a date use\u00a0T<\/strong> for todays date, or use the plus and minus keys on your keypad (minus key for yesterday, click again for the previous day(s). Using the plus key will move to tomorrow, using it a second time will increment to the following day(s).<\/li>\n
  5. If the\u00a0Individual Values<\/strong> date was used, select the\u00a0Copy<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n
  6. Click\u00a0OK.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  7. Select the Hospital Site.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  8. Select the Hospital Building.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  9. Select the Ward\/Department.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  10. Click the\u00a0Copy\u00a0<\/strong>button (note, once these filters have been selected – they will remain selected for future use, these can be selected and removed if no longer required).<\/li>\n
  11. Click\u00a0OK.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  12. The waiting list will display.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    Admit the Patient<\/div>\n
      \n
    1. Locate the patient on the waiting list and\u00a0Right Click<\/strong> to display the menu.<\/li>\n
    2. Hover<\/strong> over\u00a0Conversation<\/strong> and select\u00a0Elective Inpatient Admission.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    3. First time use – right click the grey area at the top of the page and select\u00a0Highlight Required Fields.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    4. Check the patient demographic details are correct (use the Support Guide\u00a0Add or Update Patient Demographics<\/strong> if help is required).<\/li>\n
    5. Select the\u00a0Visit Details Tab.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    6. Complete the\u00a0Source of Admission.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    7. Select the Room\/Bay<\/strong> and the Bed<\/strong> (the Bedboard button<\/strong> can be used to display available beds).<\/li>\n
    8. Click\u00a0OK<\/strong> to complete the admission. The patient will now display on the Bedboard in CapMgmt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
