How to place a future order in PowerChart<\/div>\n

This guide will give instructions on how to place future orders for Ambulatory ECG, Echo, and Lung Function.\u00a0 This guide assumes you are already logged into PowerChart and understand the standard ordering process.<\/p>\n

Instruction – To place an order to be completed at a future date as an outpatient<\/div>\n
    \n
  1. Search for and add the appropriate order within PowerChart<\/li>\n
  2. Set the “*Priority<\/strong>” of the order, this will help guide you on the timeframe when selecting the future date<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Select “Yes” in the “*Request for a future date<\/strong>“<\/li>\n
    2. Pick the appropriate timeframe options using your choice in the “*Priority<\/strong>” field to guide you<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. Complete the rest of the form as appropriate<\/li>\n
      2. Do Not use the “SERVICE<\/em> USE ONLY<\/strong>” fields<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
