To place an order to be completed at a future date as an outpatient<\/div>\n

  1. Search for and add the appropriate order within PowerChart.<\/li>\n
  2. Set the “*Priority<\/strong>” of the order, this will help guide you on the timeframe.<\/li>\n
  3. Select “Yes” in the “*Request for a future date<\/strong>“.<\/li>\n
  4. Pick the appropriate timeframe options using your choice in the “*Priority<\/strong>” field to guide you.<\/li>\n
  5. Complete the rest of the form as appropriate.<\/li>\n
  6. Do Not use the “SERVICE<\/em> USE ONLY<\/strong>” fields.<\/li>\n
  7. Sign the order.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    To place an order to be completed as an Inpatient\/Same day test<\/div>\n

    1. Search for and add the appropriate order within PowerChart.<\/li>\n
    2. Select “No” in the “*Request for a future date<\/strong>“.<\/li>\n
    3. Complete the rest of the form as appropriate.<\/li>\n
    4. Do Not use the “SERVICE<\/em> USE ONLY<\/strong>” fields.<\/li>\n
