Smart Zone displays Warnings and Alerts regarding actions that have not been completed on the patient record.<\/p>\n

For example: Alerts for Deteriorating Patients<\/strong>, VTE <\/strong>and Dementia <\/strong>screening are now in Smart Zone rather than a pop-up.<\/p>\n

  1. Click on the Icon in the top right to expand the Smart Zone pane.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on the description (blue text) to open the form\/document that needs completing.<\/li>\n
  3. Complete the documentation as appropriate.<\/li>\n
