Proxies allow designated user(s) to access your inbox via the Proxies tab.<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Navigate to Message Centre.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Select Proxies<\/strong> tab -> Manage<\/strong> -> Add<\/strong> then Search<\/strong> for the user you want to add as a proxy.<\/li>\n
  3. To add more than one user, click the down arrow and add the next person in the search box.<\/li>\n
  4. Set the begin date and time<\/strong> and the end date and time<\/strong>. (N.B. The time must be set at least 1 minute in the future.)<\/li>\n
  5. Select the items<\/strong> for the proxy to receive and then Grant<\/strong> or to give all items click Grant All<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  6. Click Accept & Next.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  7. The users name(s) will now display in the Proxies Given by Me<\/strong> panel. Click OK.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  8. Confirmation message Setting saved successfully<\/strong> will display. Click OK.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  9. The selected user(s) will now receive a message to their Message Centre inbox confirming the proxy. Everything is now shared and includes historical investigations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
