To endorse results or view documents effectively, Message Centre will need to be configured so columns are organised in a specific order.<\/p>\n

To find Message Centre Configuration:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Open <\/strong>Message Centre.<\/li>\n
  2. Select <\/strong>the Inbox drop-down menu (at the very top of the screen).<\/li>\n
  3. Select\u00a0<\/strong>Manage Configuration from the drop-down.<\/li>\n
  4. In the pop-up that opens select the folder<\/strong> that you want to configure from the menu on the left e.g. Inbox Items > Messages.<\/li>\n
  5. In the Column section<\/strong> to the right of the pop-up there are two boxes:\n

    1. The box on the right displays columns that are currently visible in the selected folder in Message Centre<\/li>\n
    2. The box on the left displays available columns that are not currently visible<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    3. In the right hand box, select<\/strong> an column.<\/li>\n
    4. Use the arrow buttons<\/strong> on the right to rearrange the columns so they display in the order listed below.<\/li>\n
    5. Repeat<\/strong> for each listed folder (Messages, Documents etc).<\/li>\n
    6. Click OK<\/strong> to exit once complete.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
