Changes to the patient record<\/div><\/span><\/h2>\n

The patient record’s navigation menu and demographics\/banner bar has been updated, along with a functionality change for Treatment Escalation Plan. Detailed blow are the changes that have been applied to doctor-related accounts:<\/p>\n

<\/span>Treatment Escalation Plan<\/span><\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. To view\/record a DNACPR\u00a0<\/strong>or a\u00a0Treatment Escalation Plan and Resuscitation Status<\/strong> powerform, click on “Treatment Escalation Plan”\u00a0<\/strong>on the left hand side in the Navigation Menu.
    \n
    <\/i> TEP\/DNACPR are longer found by clicking on the patient’s name in the top left corner<\/div>
    \n<\/em><\/li>\n
  2. Scroll down until you see the Treatment Escalation Plan<\/strong> and Resus Status\u00a0<\/strong>component<\/li>\n
  3. Click on the “+<\/strong>v” button on the right side, then select either DNACPR<\/strong> or Treatment Escalation Plan and Resuscitation Status
    \n<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. Complete the powerform as normal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    <\/span>Demographics\/banner bar<\/span><\/h3>\n

    The demographics\/banner bar has been redesigned, removing the duplication of the patient’s name and highlighting key, important information, such as:<\/p>\n

    Resus: <\/strong>(Resuscitation status)
    \nTEP: <\/strong>(Treatment Escalation Plan)
    \nAllergies:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    <\/span>Navigation Menu<\/span><\/h3>\n

    The navigation menu has been redesigned\u00a0 and reordered. Including changes such as:<\/p>\n

    • Renamed menu items<\/li>\n
    • Grouping menu items together by category<\/li>\n
