If you are the lead clinician for the ordered test:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Navigate to Message Centre\u00a0<\/strong>and make sure you have the Inbox<\/strong> tab open.<\/li>\n
  2. Click Results<\/strong> or Documents<\/strong> (for forwarded non-numerical results) from the menu on the left. The Display drop-down will show the available date range for viewing results.<\/li>\n
  3. Double clicking a patient once they have loaded will show an Action Pane<\/strong> in yellow towards the bottom of the screen with a view of their results.<\/li>\n
  4. Click to select either Endorse<\/strong> or Refuse<\/strong> for the result in the Action Pane.<\/li>\n
  5. Click OK<\/strong> to just action that specific result or click OK & Next<\/strong> to continue endorsing or refusing results.<\/li>\n
  6. Check both Results<\/strong> and Documents<\/strong> to confirm all items have been addressed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    <\/i> If you would like an additional colleague to review the result when it is being endorsed or signed, select \u201cReview\u201d, specify the recipient, and leave a \u201cComment\u201d. If refusing a result, please forward it for signing to an appropriate colleague or pool by clicking on \u201cAdditional Forward Action:\u201d, selecting \u201cSign\u201d, specifying the recipient, and leaving a \u201cComment\u201d.<\/div>\n

    If you are not the lead clinician for the ordered test:<\/p>\n

    1. You will only be able to view the results from the Pools<\/strong> tab\u00a0in Message Centre <\/strong>(inpatient wards only) or if Proxy access <\/strong>has been given. Click here to learn how to access a Pool.<\/a><\/li>\n
    2. Once you have your pooled list of patients loaded then you can double click a patient to load the Action Pane in yellow at the bottom of the screen and their results.<\/li>\n
    3. Click to select either Endorse<\/strong> or Refuse<\/strong> for the result in the Action Pane.<\/li>\n
    4. Click OK<\/strong> to just action that specific result or click OK & Next<\/strong> to continue endorsing or refusing results.\n
