After the staff member has been seen by occupational health you will receive a notification and a copy of the report. Follow these steps to view and download the report.<\/p>\n

  1. A notification will display. Click the Notification to view.<\/li>\n
  2. Click Referral Complete<\/strong>\u00a0in the notification box to open the referral.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. The referral will also display in the Recently Finished<\/strong> section on the Management Referral Dashboard. Click Open<\/strong> to view it. Once the referral has been viewed you can find it in the Archived<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. The report will can be read towards the bottom of the page in the Management Referral Report<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. The report is also included as a PDF document<\/strong>. Select Documents<\/strong> in the Additional information panel.<\/li>\n
        2. Locate the file named “Employee Name<\/em> MR Report”<\/strong><\/li>\n
        3. Click the download<\/strong> icon \"\".<\/li>\n
        4. Once downloaded move the file into the usual storage place for employee confidential information.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
