Open Document Store Admin Portal<\/div>\n

  1. To access the Admin Portal, type documentstoreadminportal.app <\/strong> into your web browser and press the enter key.<\/li>\n
  2. Select Autotext<\/strong> from either the left side menu or the large centrally located button<\/li>\n

    Create New Autotext<\/div><\/p>\n

    1. Select your Department<\/strong> from the drop down list (if you are in more than one department).
      \nYour departments AutoText list will be displayed <\/li>\n
    2. Ensure Departmental<\/strong> is chosen. The other option is personal.\n
    3. Click Create<\/strong><\/li>\n

    4. Type a Name<\/strong> for the AutoText (Note \u2013 each name must be unique, duplicate names cannot be used) <\/li>\n
    5. Type or copy and paste your text<\/strong> (Note \u2013 the right mouse facility does not provide a paste feature so remember to use the key board shortcut of Ctrl V to paste) <\/li>\n
    6. Include Data Items<\/strong> if required <\/li>\n
    7. Click Save <\/strong><\/li>\n
