Setting Preferences for Drug List View<\/h1>\n

In line with the Clinical Informatics Directorate recommendations, you MUST<\/strong> set your Drug List (Medication List) view as described below. Once completed it will remain this way each time you open a patient record in PowerChart.<\/p>\n

Instructions<\/div>\n

  1. With a patient record open, select Drug\u00a0List<\/strong> from left side menu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Select Customise View<\/strong> from the right side of the patient record.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. In the Select the columns you would like to see<\/strong> section use the Add<\/strong> and Remove<\/strong> buttons to set the Selected Columns<\/strong> to the following:\n

        • Notifications<\/li>\n
        • Type<\/li>\n
        • Start<\/li>\n
        • Stop<\/li>\n
        • Status<\/li>\n
        • Order Name<\/li>\n
        • Details<\/li>\n
        • Order Comment<\/li>\n
        • Ordering Clinician<\/li>\n
        • Last Updated By<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          1. Use the up<\/strong> and down<\/strong> arrows to put the list into the order shown.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            1. In the Select how you would like to group and sort orders<\/strong> section set the following:\n

              1. Group Orders By: Active\/Inactive.<\/strong><\/li>\n
              2. Then By: Clinical Category.<\/strong><\/li>\n
              3. Sort Orders By: Order Name.<\/strong><\/li>\n
              4. Ascending<\/strong> order.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
