Setting Preferences for Medication List View<\/h1>\n
Introduction<\/div>\n

In line with the Clinical Informatics Directorate recommendations, you MUST<\/strong> set your Medication List view as described below.\u00a0
\nOnce completed it will remain this way each time you open a patient record in Powerchart.
\nThis guide assumes that you have opened a patient record within Powerchart.<\/p>\n

Customise View<\/div>\n
    \n
  1. Select Medication List<\/strong> from left side menu<\/li>\n

  2. Select Customise View<\/strong> from the right side of the patient record<\/li>\n

    \"\"<\/p>\n

  3. The Customise View window shows Available Columns <\/strong>on the left and Selected Columns<\/strong> (the columns you will display in Medication List view) on the right\n

    To adjust the view you will need to complete the following steps<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Add a column by selecting it from the Available Columns on the left. Ensure you select all that you see pictured in the image below\t<\/li>\n
    2. Click the Add button to move your selection into the Selected Columns section – Columns can be removed from the Selected Columns by selecting and use the Remove button<\/li>\n
    3. Arrange the columns by using the Up or Down arrows into the order listed below<\/li>\n

    4. Group Orders By: Active\/Inactive<\/strong><\/li>\n
    5. Then By: Clinical Category<\/strong><\/li>\n
    6. Sort Orders By: Order Name<\/strong><\/li>\n
    7. Ascending<\/strong> order<\/li>\n
