This guide shows how to access the occupational health OPAS-G2 portal for self-referrals. Self-referrals can be placed for occupational health services including counselling, physiotherapy and general referrals.<\/p>\n

To access the self-referral portal please visit the Occupational Health<\/strong> page on the intranet and select Self-referral information<\/strong> in the menu.<\/p>\n

  1. Select the link for Self-Referral on the Occupational Health intranet page.<\/li>\n
  2. The OPAS portal will open. Enter you email address<\/strong> at the bottom of the screen.<\/li>\n
  3. Tick<\/strong> the \u2018I\u2019m not a robot\u2019 box and complete the verification task (if one displays).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Click Request Access Code. <\/strong>An email will be sent to you containing two codes that you will use to access the portal.<\/li>\n
    2. Go to your email inbox and open the email from OPAS-G2<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    3. Make a note of the Access Code<\/strong> (or copy and paste). <\/em>The Access Code is highlighted green <\/strong>and is labelled \u2018enter on first page\u2019.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. Go back to the OPAS screen and enter <\/strong>the code into the box at the bottom of the screen.<\/li>\n
      2. Click Submit Access Code<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      3. Go back to your email from OPAS-G2<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      4. Make a note of the Customer Code<\/strong> (or copy and paste). <\/em>The Customer Code is highlighted yellow <\/strong>and is labelled \u2018enter on second page\u2019.<\/li>\n
      5. Go back to the OPAS screen and enter <\/strong>the code into the box.<\/li>\n
      6. Click Confirm<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
