Generate a report by specifying the information required.<\/p>\n

  1. Click on Report<\/strong> tab (top left of search window, second tab over). <\/li>\n
  2. Click Select to Add<\/strong>. For a list of record MRNs – choose “Demographic” and then “Hospital No”.<\/li>\n
  3. Add to sort, move left\/right or remove columns by clicking on the column field.<\/li>\n
  4. Click Print to<\/strong> to save the data as a CSV file. This file format can be opened in Excel.<\/li>\n
  5. Click on the link to download the CSV file to your Downloads folder.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Save and load report settings for later use. Click the Save button in top right corner and give the report a name. For later use, click on the Load button and select from the list. This list includes reports saved by all users with permission to access the unit.<\/p>\n
