Please report any digital dictation issues\/problems via the Service Desk portal:<\/p>\n

  1. Open the IT service portal<\/strong> either from the icon on your Desktop or via the intranet page.<\/li>\n
  2. Log in<\/strong> with your Trust username and password.<\/li>\n
  3. Click on Report Something<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Choose Clinical Applications (Faults)<\/strong> from the menu on the left hand side.<\/li>\n
  5. Click on Fluency Direct Issue<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  6. Please complete the form to explain the issue that you are having.<\/li>\n
  7. At the bottom of the form, there is a paperclip icon for attaching<\/strong> any screen shots, snips (see below for guidance on how to use Windows snipping tool) or email to help demonstrate the issue.<\/li>\n
  8. Click submit<\/strong>. Please be aware that the submit button is BEFORE the paperclip icon if you want to attach any screenshots.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Snipping Tool<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Pin snipping tool to taskbar for quick access<\/p>\n

    1. Click on the search field located in the bottom left hand side of your screen.<\/li>\n
    2. Type in snipping tool.<\/li>\n
    3. From the right hand column, click on pin to taskbar<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Using snipping tool<\/p>\n

      1. Click on Snipping Tool icon (looks like a pair of scissors) in taskbar to launch application.<\/li>\n
      2. Click on New.<\/li>\n
      3. Place cursor to top left side of area to capture.<\/li>\n
      4. Click and drag to bottom right side of area to capture. Release mouse key.<\/li>\n
      5. Either copy (ctrl c) and paste (crtl p) or can save as a file by clicking on ‘file’ in top left corner of application window.<\/li>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
