How to link a device to a Pre-authorised result in ICNET detailed guide<\/h1>\n

This guide shows how to link an invasive device to a pre-authorised result. Please note, the pre-authorised result must be added first using the Add infection button.<\/p>\n

  1. Search<\/strong> for the patient and open their record. Select the Infections<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n
  2. Find the relevant result and select the Infection Entities<\/strong> icon.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. The Infection Entities window will open. Select Add infection entit<\/strong>y.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. The Select infection entities window will open. Select the Devices tab.<\/strong><\/li>\n
      2. Find the relevant device and click the<\/strong> Add Entity to Infection button.<\/li>\n
      3. The device will be removed from the list indicating it has been successfully added. Click Close<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        2. The Infection details<\/strong> icon will now display next to the device name. Hover over the icon to see the details of the pre-authorised result.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
