How to Register a Patient in mediSIGHT<\/div><\/span><\/h2>\n

This guide will show you how to add a patient to mediSIGHT who is already registered in Cerner \/ eRecord PAS (i.e. they already have a MRN).\u00a0 After completing this guide you will find the patient is searchable in mediSIGHT within 30 seconds.<\/p>\n

<\/i> This guide will create an encounter for a patient who already has a MRN.\u00a0 It will not open a Pathway (This will be done by ABC when accepting a referral).<\/div>\n
Detailed Guide to Add a New Patient to mediSIGHT<\/div>\n

  1. Open eRecord Citrix<\/li>\n
  2. Open PM Office<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Expand the Conversation Group<\/strong> and choose\u00a0Direct Services<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. Enter the patient details and click\u00a0Search<\/strong><\/li>\n
      2. Confirm the correct patient<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        <\/i> If you are unable to find the correct patient, it is likely that they are not registered at NUTH.\u00a0 Follow the instructions here<\/a> to register a new patient.<\/div><\/p>\n
