Each column on the whiteboard contains symbols representative of data sent from eRecord to the whiteboard or updated manually from the whiteboard itself.
Outlined below are the symbols and their meanings.

<\/span>Status Bar<\/span><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The status bar at bottom of screen allows for notifications (currently not in use), page refresh and toggling between day and night mode<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n

<\/span>eObs and Deteriorating Patients<\/span><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Observation data is taken and then entered into the eObservations tablet.\u00a0An algorithm is applied and a score rendered. This data is sent to eRecord and to the whiteboard.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Tapping on the EWS column will display the patient’s latest observations<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n

<\/span>Deterioration Alert<\/span><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u00a0If the score falls within a certain range, the patient is deemed to be deteriorating and indication of this is\u00a0subsequently displayed on the eRescue Whiteboards as two symbols underneath the latest eObs risk rating. An example of this is below:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
