{"id":12593,"date":"2024-09-28T12:27:53","date_gmt":"2024-09-28T12:27:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/?page_id=12593"},"modified":"2026-03-26T14:11:00","modified_gmt":"2026-03-26T14:11:00","slug":"inpatient-non-phlebotomy-orders","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/?page_id=12593","title":{"rendered":"Ordering from Requests\/Care Plans"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p>How to place orders on an inpatient encounter in <strong>Requests\/Care Plans<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<ol>\r\n<li>From within the patient record, on the correct encounter, click on <strong>Requests\/Care Plans<\/strong> from blue menu on the left side of the patient record.<\/li>\r\n<li>Click on <strong>+Add<\/strong> button and a new window will open.<\/li>\r\n<li>Search for the order you wish to find.<\/li>\r\n<li>Click the <strong>relevant order<\/strong> in search results.<\/li>\r\n<li>The <strong>Ordering Clinician<\/strong> window pops up for non-clinicians.
