How to Print\/Send Documents from Document Store Printing<\/div>
\nPrint or Send Documents via Document Store Printing from the Desktop<\/p>\n
Instructions<\/div>\n

  1. Open the Document Store Print Application<\/strong> \"\" from your desktop<\/li>\n
  2. Click the Send<\/strong> button from the menu on the left<\/li>\n
  3. If you have not already setup your filters, click the Filter<\/strong><\/a> and set your department and clinician, if required<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        • Indicates this was internally printed – 1 copy<\/li>\n
        • Indicates this was externally sent – 2 recipients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          1. Click the check box<\/strong> next to the document(s) you want to print<\/li>\n
          2. Click Send\/Print<\/strong><\/li>\n
          3. Select Send & Print Selection<\/strong> or Send & Print All<\/strong> (See Note below regarding Send & Print All<\/b>)<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            • Once sent the letter will disappear from the SEND<\/b> list, but can be re-printed if required from the reprint<\/b> menu option<\/li>\n
            • The print app is not available on Clinical Workstations (i.e. the computers on carts that can be wheeled around)<\/li>\n
            • Point 6 – Send & Print All<\/strong> will print EVERY DOCUMENT<\/b> in the list, so take care with this option!<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
