  1. From the Conversation Tab in PM Office, <\/strong>select Person Correction Manager.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Search for your patient and select the correct record.<\/li>\n
  3. In the Organization window, select the hospital in which the patient will be seen.<\/li>\n
  4. Select the New<\/strong> icon in the Address Organizer<\/strong> field..<\/li>\n
  5. Select Free Text<\/strong> from the dropdown Residence<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n
  6. \u00a0Complete the patient address details, using the following format:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

    POSTCODE<\/strong><\/td>\nZZ99 3WZ<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

    1. Select the Country.<\/li>\n
    2. Click OK <\/strong>to confirm the address.<\/li>\n
