This guide will show you how set up proxies during custom list creation or at a later time.<\/p>\n<div class=\"guideSection\" id=\"\">Instructions<\/div>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Creating_a_proxy_during_custom_list_creation\"><\/span>Creating a proxy during custom list creation:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>You have created your custom list and given it a name. <strong>It is this step where you&#8217;ll set up a proxy<\/strong> by clicking on <strong>Next<\/strong>, instead of Finish.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-12057\" src=\"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/next.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"623\" height=\"460\" srcset=\"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/next.jpg 623w, https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/next-300x222.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 623px) 100vw, 623px\" \/><\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>A new window opens. Click on <strong>New<\/strong> towards the bottom right side.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-12058\" src=\"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/new.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"623\" height=\"460\" srcset=\"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/new.jpg 623w, https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/new-300x222.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 623px) 100vw, 623px\" \/><\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>You can choose to share by <strong>Group<\/strong> (drop down menu) or <strong>Clinical Staff<\/strong> (enter name as surname, forename or perform staff lookup search).<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Specify Access level: <strong>Full Access, Maintain or Read<\/strong>.\n<ul>\n<li>Full Access allows adding of new patients to list via the Add Patient<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6313\" src=\"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/add-patient-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"16\" height=\"18\" \/> or by right clicking on a patient and selecting<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6314\" src=\"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Add-to-patient-list.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"190\" height=\"20\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Maintain only allows adding of new patients to list via the Add Patient <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6313\" src=\"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/add-patient-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"16\" height=\"18\" \/>.<\/li>\n<li>Both Full Access and Maintain allow removal of a patient via Remove Patient <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6315\" src=\"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/remove-patient.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"15\" height=\"18\" \/>.<\/li>\n<li>Regardless of how achieved, adding or removing patients from list affects everyone with access to the list, not just that particular list holder.<\/li>\n<li>Read access does not allow for modification of list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Specify<strong> date and time<\/strong> range for sharing. You must enter a 4 digit time. <em>Remember, when the To: date and time have been exceeded, the list will no longer be available to those you&#8217;ve shared with.<\/em><\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Click <strong>Apply<\/strong>. The proxy access will now appear in the left side of the window with Name of whom you have shared with, the type of access and the end date.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-12059\" src=\"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/my-sharing.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"618\" height=\"155\" srcset=\"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/my-sharing.jpg 618w, https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/my-sharing-300x75.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 618px) 100vw, 618px\" \/><\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Repeat steps 2-6 to add more recipients, if required.\u00a0 Otherwise click\u00a0<strong>OK<\/strong> to close the window.<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>The recipient can find the shared list in the <strong>Available<\/strong> window of <strong>List Management<\/strong>. The name of who shared the list is in parentheses. The list will no longer be shared and the proxy will drop off your list when they next try to access.
