The software should already be installed on shared computers; if not or you wish to have installed on a single use computer:<\/p>\n

  1. Access Home Page – Service Portal<\/a>\u00a0from any Trust computer.<\/li>\n
  2. Once logged in, search the Service Desk Portal for \u201cGeneric Form Submission \u2013 Request<\/strong>\u201d.<\/li>\n
  3. Complete and submit the form being sure to include the name of the computer<\/strong> you wish to have the software installed on.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
