How to order a Care Plan from the Workflow in the patient record.<\/p>\n

  1. Click on a Workflow<\/strong> from the left hand dark blue menu.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on New Order Entry<\/strong> in any tab that contains it.<\/li>\n
  3. Type the name of the required Care Plan into the Search<\/strong> box or search for “care plan” to get a full list.<\/li>\n
  4. Click on the relevant Care Plan and this will add the plan to the order basket.<\/li>\n
  5. Click on the order basket<\/strong> found at the top right of the screen.<\/li>\n
  6. Click on Sign<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  7. The Care Plan will appear under the Nursing Plans<\/strong> section as Planned Pending<\/strong> on the Orders<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n
