How to place a lung function test on an inpatient encounter.<\/p>\n

  1. From within the patient record, on the correct encounter, click on New Order Entry<\/strong> from the Workflow or Add <\/strong>from Requests\/Care Plans.<\/li>\n
  2. In the Search field, type Lung Function<\/strong> \u2013 you will see various Lung Function options appear.<\/li>\n
  3. Select Lung Function Test Full Order Set<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Select the component\/s<\/strong> you require by clicking on the tick box and then click OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. Click the order basket<\/strong> and a summary of order(s) will be shown.<\/li>\n
  6. Click Sign<\/strong>. Note, if mandatory information is missing, a new screen will display.<\/li>\n
  7. Select the order(s) missing information to fill in details.
    \nYou must at least fill in the mandatory fields (highlighted in yellow) to place the order.<\/li>\n
