{"id":11545,"date":"2024-08-23T12:48:09","date_gmt":"2024-08-23T12:48:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/?page_id=11545"},"modified":"2026-03-18T15:51:12","modified_gmt":"2026-03-18T15:51:12","slug":"update-patient-uk-home-address","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/?page_id=11545","title":{"rendered":"Patient Demographics &#8211; Update Patient UK Home Address"},"content":{"rendered":"<ol>\n<li>From the Conversation tab, in <strong>PM Office<\/strong>, select <strong>Person Correction Manager.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Search for your patient and select the correct record.<\/li>\n<li>In the Organization window, select the hospital at which the patient will be seen.<\/li>\n<li>Update demographics such as name, telephone number or date of birth by over-typing the existing information.<\/li>\n<li>Select the <strong>New<\/strong> icon in the <strong>Address Organizer<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>UK Residence<\/strong> from the Residence dropdown list.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Address Search, <\/strong>type the patients new Postcode and press the <strong>Select<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<li>Highlight the relevant house range then press <strong>Select<\/strong> to open up a list of house numbers, again <strong>Select<\/strong> the correct address.<\/li>\n<li>Press <strong>Accept<\/strong> \u2013 click <strong>OK <\/strong>to close the search screen.<\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>OK<\/strong> to accept the modification to the patient record then save the record.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>From the Conversation tab, in PM Office, select Person Correction Manager.
