How to Print Documents from Document Store Printing<\/div>
\nPrint Documents via Document Store Printing from the Desktop<\/p>\n
Instructions<\/div>\n

  1. Open the Document Store Printing<\/strong> app \"\" and when open – select Forms.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Enter<\/strong> the Patient MRN or NHS number<\/strong> in the box and then select Search<\/strong> – Details of the patient will appear below this box.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    <\/i> Ensure that the CORRECT encounter is selected from the drop-down<\/div>\n
      \n
    1. Type<\/strong> the document that you would like to print, in the Enter Document Search<\/strong> and select Search.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    2. From the drop down select Encounter, Department, Document Type<\/strong> (this will show the document available to print from this speciality) then select Print Document.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    3. You will see an example of the printed document containing within QR code with the embedded patient demographic information:

      <\/i> It is very important to select the correct Encounter<\/u> or the document WILL NOT be filed in the correct part of the patient record.<\/div>\n

        1. Enter the name of the document, i.e. consent, ECG, <\/strong>etc. then Click Search.<\/strong><\/li>\n
        2. Click the correct document type.<\/strong><\/li>\n
        3. Click Select:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
