You cannot reprint a letter by clicking Print (icon next to the refresh button). Instead, you must open it as a PDF and print from within the PDF window.<\/p>\n

  1. In Document Store<\/strong>, open the letter you wish to reprint.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on PDF<\/strong> at top of letter in blue bar.<\/li>\n
  3. From the new window, click on printer<\/strong> and select your printer<\/strong> from the drop down list.<\/li>\n
